           The  technologies  which  we  use  now  have  undergone  many  changes  since  the  beginning.  The original Finnish base and refining principles have been preserved. However, a range of modern technological features have been added, which follow the old and proven processes of alcohol preparation as well as new research  findings.  Investment  and  time  spent  for  this  purpose  have  helped  to establish a system of processes  and  machinery  which  enable  us to  change  raw  material  in such a way as to create a product which is perfect in terms of  its  pure,  balanced  and  delicate  taste.  The fundamental principle of this technology is a complete elimination of all the unwanted elements contained in the raw material, i.e.  water  and  ethanol,  by  retaining  their  pure  base, and  thus  creating  a quality product.
